Thus is the purpose of my eating now.
I only eat before I am hungry. I can sustain with two pieces of cake for lunch and dinner. I eat only delicious food. Mostly raw and fresh.
I use to be so short. So much so at school, lining up at the assembly, two-by-two in a row of 20, I am in row three.
Once my late father found a Chinese family with parents so short yet children so tall. He asked for the tips. Next, so my youngest brother and I being serve with a wholesome chicken soup with ground nut leaves. This, throughout our life, we are not allowed to eat the same meal twice. Else, we cannot produce. My youngest brother eat what is in the bowl clean. I ate half.
Both of us grow, and he is taller than me. After eating the soup, my height increases to be a standing taller than most women in Malaysia.
Yes, I use to be skinny, my family members suspect I am on drug. This changed when I was in the USA. For two years I program myself to be 70. Upon returning to Malaysia I increase to 75 and then 86 kilograms. And retained.
Given my constant height, my ideal weight is 67 kilograms.
After practicing Atkin’s diet, using food and eating them a lot, to being slim. My weight reduces, and twice I felt ill for a consecutive one month, now I am between 68 – 70 kilograms.
